Project Overview

A&O Texas Solutions completed a custom patio screen project designed to enhance the functionality, comfort, and usability of an outdoor living space in Celina, Texas. The project features a combination of motorized retractable screens and a fixed screen panel, providing a tailored solution that complements the existing patio structure while maintaining an open, inviting atmosphere.

The installation includes three custom motorized retractable screens, each measuring 10 feet by 10 feet, along with one fixed screen panel measuring 9 feet by 3 feet. Together, these components cover approximately 327 square feet, creating a coordinated screening system designed around the property's existing openings.

The primary goal of this project is to give the homeowner greater control over the patio environment. With motorized operation, the screens can be raised or lowered when needed, helping create a more comfortable outdoor setting while preserving the flexibility of an open patio. The brown frames and matching solar screen fabric provide a consistent appearance that integrates with the outdoor space.

Why Celina, TX Property Owners Choose Professional Patio Screens

Outdoor living spaces are an important part of many North Texas homes. However, direct sunlight and changing weather conditions can influence how comfortably homeowners use their patios throughout the day.

Professionally installed patio screens offer a practical way to make these spaces more adaptable. Retractable screens can be lowered when additional screening is desired and raised when an open-air setting is preferred. Motorized operation makes these adjustments convenient, particularly for larger openings.

Custom sizing is another important advantage. Rather than relying on standard, off-the-shelf dimensions, a custom system is designed around the specific openings of the property. Coordinating the frame color and screen fabric also helps create a more cohesive appearance.

For homeowners in Celina, a professionally planned patio screen system can be a valuable addition to an outdoor living area. Material selection, accurate measurements, proper installation, and correctly configured motorized controls all contribute to a system designed for the property's needs.
